Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Return Process
To request a return, please email us at thegroveboutique2026@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
